Not everyone wants or needs the same level of assistance in running their holiday property. That is why we are happy to offer two levels of service. Our listing set-up and bookings management service simply takes the administrative and time-consuming work out of your hands. This service, depending on how many global platforms you wish to market your property on, starts at only £100 per month. There is a one off fee for the initial listing. 

If you would rather hand over all aspects of the holiday letting, including communications with guests during the booking process and during their stay, arranging cleaning and changeover services, and dealing with any emergencies or issues while the guests are in your property, we can also offer a full holiday let guest management service. This includes the listing set-up and booking management service and starts from a flat £150 per month.
